ALBUM BACKGROUND
During 2017, Justyn Brawley was approached and asked to fill in as a vocalist for a band that performed at local bars and events. Although he declined to perform due to his lack of experience and the fact that he often required multiple takes to achieve a performance he was satisfied with, he developed a relationship with the band and began making music with them in a home recording studio. The songs featured on this release were originally created during that time.
Enter 2026. Justyn found new inspiration for the song “Family Affair” after discovering old home videos of family members. Thanks to advancements in technology and digital audio workstations, Justyn revisited an abundance of old material, selecting these songs to reconstruct, refresh, and ultimately release.
